We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize hotel occupancy.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with the hotel General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to align and devise strategies to retain and grow the business. You will also be responsible for developing strategic plans to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the marketplace.

Based in the Holiday Inn Southend, you will be part of a small but dynamic team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. If you have a proven track record in sales management and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize hotel occupancy
  • Work closely with the hotel General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to align and devise strategies to retain and grow the business
  • Develop strategic plans to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the marketplace
  • Collaborate with the senior management team on-property and upskill the team to ensure we maximize revenue at every opportunity
