Job Summary:
Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Residential Team Manager Nights to join our care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of Carers and Senior Carers to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Take responsibility for clinical duties, including recording observations and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures.
About You:
To succeed as a Residential Team Manager Nights, you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior care role, preferably in a residential setting.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellent care outcomes.
- A strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices.
