Job Summary

As a Residential Team Leader at Crooton, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This includes leading and supervising our Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring individual care plans are followed, and providing quality one-to-one time to each resident.

The ideal candidate will have senior-level care experience, having supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, along with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
