Key Responsibilities

Core Functions:

  • Involvement in all aspects of rural consultancy, valuation, and professional work undertaken by the firm.
  • Assisting senior colleagues and taking a lead role in the management of estates and rural property as required.
  • Valuations of all types of property and property-related interests.
  • General property consultancy including planning, wayleaves, sporting rights, access negotiations, and diversification projects.
