Care Team Leader - Care Home
- Hours: 40.25 hours per week - Nights
- Salary: £14.35 per hour + benefits + £500 Welcome bonus
At Crooton, our Residential Team Leaders play a vital role in delivering exceptional person-centred care and support to our residents.
About the Role: As a Residential Team Leader, you will lead and supervise our Carers and Senior Carers with the support of a Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner. You will ensure individual care plans are followed to the letter, focusing on respecting our residents' independence, privacy, dignity, and choice.
You will also provide quality one-to-one time to each resident, making their lives stimulating and fulfilling. The role involves some clinical responsibilities, including recording observations and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures.
About You: To join us as a Residential Team Leader, you will need senior-level care experience, having supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, along with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
