Job Title: Care Team Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One Ltd. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care that gives residents a sense of security, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care.
- Get to know residents and their families, providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Pursue professional development opportunities and achieve qualifications.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and a willingness to work towards Level 3.
- An understanding of person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- A positive energy, ability to get along with people, and a kind approach in all interactions.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience.
