Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Brunswick Village, providing person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a fully paid induction with ongoing training and support from a dedicated Manager, plus the opportunity to undertake a qualification in health and social care funded by Lifeways Group.

Working Hours and Contract

The working hours for this role are on a shift pattern rota basis, including some weekend working. Contracts available include Full time - 37.5 hours per week, Part-time - 12 – 30 hours per week, Sessional/bank hours also available (flexible working to fit around you).
