We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options, a registered charity dedicated to providing person-centred services. This role involves supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour within shared supported living properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualised support plans.

Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a commitment to promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • A flexible approach, with willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • An enhanced Adult and Child DBS check is required for this position.
