About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Support Worker Assessment Lead to join our team at NCFE. As an Independent End Point Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality assessments for Level 2 and 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize our proprietary EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices, fostering a positive learning experience.
  • Attend standardization events to maintain quality, compliance, and consistency, upholding our organization's values.
  • Communicate effectively with apprentices, ITPs, and employers regarding assessment and grading processes.
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current occupational competence within the workplace, demonstrating expertise in healthcare support work.
  • Experience in producing clear, concise reports, showcasing your analytical skills.
