We are seeking an experienced and skilled physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Hywel Dda University Health Board.

About the Role

This is a Band 6 full-time permanent position based in Cardigan Integrated Care Centre, Ceredigion. The post holder will be responsible for delivering patient rehabilitation services within the defined clinical area of clinical specialty.

The successful candidate will participate in the continuous professional development process, involving education and supervision of junior staff and students.

They will also be required to participate in the provision of a flexible 7-day service, based on service need, on a rota basis.

We provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health, and learning disabilities services to almost 400,000 people across a quarter of the landmass of Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient rehabilitation services within the defined clinical area of clinical specialty.
  • Participate in the continuous professional development process, including education and supervision of junior staff and students.
  • Contribute to the provision of a flexible 7-day service, based on service need, on a rota basis.
Requirements
  • Professional registration as recognised by HPCP.
  • Postgraduate evidence of specialist education.
  • CPD evidence.
  • Postgraduate qualification up to postgraduate diploma level in relevant specialty.
  • Clinical Education Training Course.
  • Member of CP.
  • Active participation in specialist interest groups.

Salary: £37,898 - £45,637 per annum (pro rata if part-time)

Contract: Permanent
