Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales & BD Manager to join our Sales team at BFT Mastclimbing. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, developing, and closing their business pipeline for the provision of Mastclimbers & Hoists within their allocated region, while providing support to the wider business through networking and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead negotiations, close out sales, secure orders, and attain/surpass sales targets on a monthly basis, both individually and as part of a team.
  2. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to build awareness and business enquiries for Mastclimbers, creating and owning sales materials as needed.
  3. Document progress and manage a strong pipeline of bona fide opportunities for Mastclimber sales within the region.
  4. Build and develop strong working relationships with the Technical Sales team to provide accurate information and support job pricing and drawing.
  5. Attend business networking events to build and grow business relationships within the industry.
  6. Cold-call sites and known opportunities to establish main contractors and decision makers for access solutions.
  7. Document customer knowledge into the internal CRM system and maintain its upkeep to ensure up-to-date information.
  8. Attend sales meetings to sell the USP's of BFT Mastclimbing and close out contracts.
  9. Secure Mastclimbing contracts by working with the Technical Sales team to provide best commercial proposals.
  10. Participate in weekly and monthly Sales team meetings to share information and ensure BFT is best placed for all known opportunities.
  11. Complete reports and send to the Head of Sales/Executive Sales Director as requested in a timely fashion.
  12. Develop and maintain a strong presence on networking platforms like LinkedIn to share company news and updates.
  13. Understand pricing and commercial structures to close out business and grow the closed order book month on month.
Job Types and Benefits

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £45,000.00 per year, plus performance, quarterly, and yearly bonuses.

Work Schedule and Location

This role requires working Monday to Friday in person.
