Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our team at Red Bull UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Wales & West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including cash and carry depots and multiple store operators
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring sales and marketing plans to life
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement joint business plans with customers to achieve in-store objectives
Requirements
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Clear understanding of key sales channels
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Commercial acumen and ability to utilize and understand category and financial insights
  • Strong relationship-builder
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and being out on the road
