Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in Wales and West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in key locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, aligning with the sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager.
  • Establish effective joint working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull.
  • Build a regional database of fitness venues, identifying opportunities to drive availability and win new accounts.
  • Implement regional activations, working with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team to make Red Bull top of mind and drive sales.
  • Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups in your region, dealing with key decision makers at a regional level.
Requirements:
  • Passion and experience in the fitness industry, with a deep understanding of the type of venues you will be working with.
  • Track record in achieving targets and a strong ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 80-90% of the time.
