As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in key locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, aligning with the sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull in the fitness market.
- Collaborate with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team to implement regional activations and promotions.
- Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups, negotiating and securing new distribution agreements.
- Passion and experience in the fitness industry, with a deep understanding of the type of venues you will be working with.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
- Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 80-90% of the time.
