About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart, a leading property business in the UK. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Land and New Homes sector across Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build on business-to-business relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
  • Maximise group revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee the quality of instructions made through your sales team and ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Deliver on the New Homes budget and contribute to the company's overall business objectives.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic annual salary up to £35,000, depending on experience, plus a guaranteed monthly amount of up to £500 while you build your pipeline.
  • An uncapped commission scheme with bonuses up to £1,000 for exceeding targets.

  • A car or car allowance, depending on the location and requirements of the role.

Eligibility Criteria
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
  • Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of proof of address, passport/birth certificate, national insurance number, and drivers licence check.
