Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Land and New Homes sector across Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel
  • Collaborate with peers across divisions and business areas to identify opportunities for referrals and growth
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic annual salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
  • Guaranteed monthly amount up to £500 pcm while building your pipeline for 6-12 months
  • Uncapped commission scheme with bonuses up to £1,000
  • Car or car allowance
  • Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development

  • Ability to coach and develop an effective team
