Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Community Carer. As a Community Carer, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding personal care and support to clients living in the local community
- Enable individuals to maintain their independence and wellbeing
- Administer medication in line with clients' care plans, with full training provided
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Naturally kind, patient, and compassionate person
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Respectful of clients' dignity and privacy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
