About This Opportunity

Vitesse PSP is seeking a highly motivated Reconciliation Team Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Services and a proven track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily processes and teams responsible for end-to-end reconciliation processes. You will also assist the team in delivering process improvements and controls across the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily processes and teams responsible for end-to-end reconciliation processes.
  • Assist the team in delivering process improvements and controls across the function.

Requirements:

  • 2 years direct people management experience, preferably in reconciliations.
  • Strong motivation and engagement skills.
  • Understanding of good escalation practices.
  • Track record of implementing change initiatives.
