Theatre Team Supervisor

Salary Range
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a base salary and a range of benefits, including FREE MOVIES and the Cineworld Premiere Pass.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Theatre Team Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cinema, including cash handling, food handling and stock control, use of technology, cleaning, increasing sales, maintaining standards, dealing with large groups of people, addressing and resolving complaints, induction and training of team members, coaching team members, and monitoring compliance and maintaining standards.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include: managing cash handling and reconciliation; maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene; ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management; providing excellent customer service; developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue; mentoring and coaching team members; and identifying and addressing any issues or concerns within the team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in a customer-facing environment. You should also be comfortable using technology and have a basic understanding of IT systems and till operations.
