Theatre Participation Manager

Icon Theatre-1 is a leading theatre company based in Medway and Isle of Sheppey. We are seeking a skilled Theatre Participation Manager to join our team and manage our creative engagement programmes.
Main Duties:
- Design and deliver workshops and programmes that engage young people and adults in the arts, using a range of techniques and technologies.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to deliver programmes that meet the needs of local communities.
- Work with the Artistic Director and Executive Director to plan and deliver new projects and initiatives that enhance the Creative Engagement Programme.
- Manage the budget and resources for the Creative Engagement Programme, ensuring that programmes are delivered within budget and to a high standard.
- Monitor and evaluate programme delivery, making recommendations for improvement and developing strategies to improve outcomes.
Estimated Salary: £42,500 - £52,000 per annum
