Theatre Development and Education Coordinator

We are looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Theatre Development and Education Coordinator at the Royal Court Theatre.

In this position, you will play a key part in developing and delivering participation work with schools and young people, as well as supporting our open-access programmes for early-career and aspiring writers.

You will need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as experience working with young people and community groups.

This role involves regular travel and in-person engagement, so you must be comfortable working in different environments.

  • You will need to have experience managing participatory projects, preferably in the theatre or wider arts sectors.
  • You should be able to work confidently with young people, including as a facilitator with an understanding of diverse participant needs.
  • You will be responsible for planning and implementing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and communicating with stakeholders.

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000-£35,000 per annum, based on experience.
