Expert Sound Mentor for Theatre Students

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced theatre sound professional to join our team at RADA as a mentor and trainer for our Technical Theatre Arts students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theatre sound and experience working with students. They will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our students as they work on public productions, providing regular feedback and assessments, and participating in meetings to support their learning and welfare.
RADA offers a two-year FDA course in Technical Theatre Arts and Stage Management, with an optional completion year to progress to a BA. Our students gain hands-on experience working on live productions in our three theatres, and we are looking for someone who can help them develop their skills and knowledge.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and self-disciplined individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the growth and development of RADA's Sound Department.

Requirements
- Experience working in theatre sound
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead diplomatically and work well in a team
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
