About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Search Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid search, testing them and implementing changes as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for improvements.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests to refine ad copy, bid strategy, and landing page effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing Paid Search channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for detailed data analysis.
  • A build-test-iterate mindset: experimental and agile.
