We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Housing Concierge to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our ETAAS (Exeter Temporary Accommodation and Assessment Service) team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers.
About the Role
- This is a permanent, full-time position working on a 2-week rolling rota between 07:00 and 19:30.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our buildings, managing customer records, and providing first-line support when needed.
- As a Housing Concierge, you will work closely with our wider team to ensure that our customers receive person-centered support and can maintain their temporary accommodation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with their daily needs and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Managing the health and safety of the building, including patrolling to check fire doors and ensuring everything is locked and secure.
- Providing a listening ear and being the first point of contact for customers when they need assistance.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive seamless support.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- You will be calm under pressure, able to think on your feet, and manage situations effectively.
- You will have a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
