Housing Planning Specialist Job Description:

Are you an experienced housing planning specialist looking for a new challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team in Exeter.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with local authorities to prepare and submit planning applications.
  • Providing expert advice on planning options and strategic feasibility.
  • Leading on the submission and preparation of new planning applications.
  • Instructing, managing, and monitoring external consultants.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in residential planning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation and policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a lucrative package and benefits.
