Territory Sales Manager for Foot and Ankle Products

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager for Foot and Ankle products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within a defined territory geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Stryker as a leader in the medical technology industry and build strong business relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Manage a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations, and implement cross-divisional strategy to capture new business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the foot and ankle market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth.
- Successful sales experience in the medical industry, preferably in orthopaedics.
- Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with a focus on the foot and ankle.
- Experience in team working and a willingness to collaborate with others to achieve business objectives.
- Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theatres and surgical procedures.
