About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a CX Team Member at Foot Locker. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product expertise, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including athletic sneakers, apparel, and accessories.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
