Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated CX Team Member to join our team at Foot Locker. As an Athletic Sneaker Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations on our products.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, trends, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years' experience in retail or a related field.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm and passion for athletic products.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
