Job Title: CX Team Member

Overview

Are you passionate about athletic sneakers and apparel? Do you enjoy sharing your enthusiasm with customers and providing a great in-store experience? We're looking for a talented CX Team Member to join our team at Foot Locker.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about all products offered
* Team up with coworkers to deliver outstanding sales service
* Maintain personal and productivity goals
* Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs
* Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs

Qualifications

* 0-3 years of retail experience
* Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
* Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
* Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
