Job Description:

As a Digital Trainer at McCurrach, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch training sessions to store colleagues. Your role will involve creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and driving sign-ups to our exciting new LXP. You will work closely with retail partners, building strong relationships and maximizing face-to-face opportunities. Your primary goal will be to drive product sales and provide valuable retailer insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions to store colleagues
• Create engaging digital content, including training assets, videos, and communications
• Manage social media platforms and cultivate a strong community
• Drive sign-ups to our exciting new LXP
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and maximize face-to-face opportunities
• Provide valuable retailer insight and drive product sales

Requirements:

• A keen interest or experience within the technology or white goods industry
• Familiarity with working towards KPIs
• Previous experience training or coaching others
• Confidence in creating content on camera
• Proficiency in social media and knowledge of managing a page or community
