About the Role

Phlo - Digital Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our growing clinical services team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing patient consultations and assessing their eligibility for weight management medications, including reviewing medical history and current medications.

Responsibilities
  • Following triage SOP to contact patients via automated and manual methods to gather more information when required.
  • Participating in continuous quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
Requirements
  • Clinical Knowledge: GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician (NVQ3 qualification or equivalent is essential).
  • Digital Proficiency: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records and patient management systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, and an extra day of annual leave for every complete year of service, up to 5 extra days. You will also have access to an extra day off for your birthday every year, a pension scheme with a 5% employer contribution, and share options. Additionally, you will receive bereavement leave, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay after 1 year of service, and 8 free professional counselling sessions to support your mental health.
