Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Testing Lead to join our team at Phoenix Group Holdings. As a key member of our finance systems area, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the testing function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality testing services and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage testing functions within a complex organization, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Develop and implement testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
  • Manage test management tools, defect tracking systems, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Oversee cloud-based testing environments and automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Manage outsourced testing resources and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships, influence, and negotiate with vendors.
