Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Family & Systemic Psychotherapist to join our team. This role involves working with children, young people, and their families to deliver systemic assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to develop and implement effective service strategies.
  • Carry a specialist caseload of clients with complex mental health needs, delivering direct clinical work within Children's Services.
  • Provide professional supervision to systemic and family psychotherapists, ensuring excellence in practice.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes, influencing the development of our services and workforce.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in mental health or social welfare, with demonstrable practice in line with the Mental Health Measure.
  • Masters Level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy or equivalent, accredited by a relevant body.
  • Specialist knowledge of Family and Systemic Psychotherapy through doctorate-level training or extensive experience in Advanced Clinical Training.
  • UKCP registration as a Systemic Psychotherapist and continuing professional development as required.
