Senior Family Therapist

The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly skilled Senior Family Therapist to join our team in North Wales. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and families.
The successful candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field of mental health or social welfare and demonstrable practice in line with the Mental Health Measure. They will also have extensive knowledge of family and systemic psychotherapy, including experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams and teaching and training systemic psychotherapy.
This role offers a competitive salary of £83,675 - £116,241 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive pension scheme.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering direct clinical work within Children's Services across Central IHC, supervising systemic and family psychotherapists, and providing leadership and influence at both a national and regional level.
