Job Title: Mental Health Specialist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist Leader to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our mental health services.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of mental health strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve mental health outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to the development of mental health strategies and policies.
  2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve mental health outcomes.
  3. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health services.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field of mental health or social welfare.
  • Masters Level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Specialist knowledge of Family and Systemic Psychotherapy through doctorate level training or equivalent experience.
  • Registration with UKCP as Systemic Psychotherapist.
  • Advanced level of knowledge of the mental health needs of children and adolescents.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse community.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary:

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
