About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our HR team as an Apprentice HR Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR administration and support the delivery of a comprehensive HR service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner and HR Assistant, including preparing and handling recruitment administration, processing clearances, and recording employee details.
  • Assist with HR project work and accurately manage HR administration from new starters to leavers.
  • Support the Operations Director with administrative tasks and provide a flexible and friendly service to the team.
Requirements
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills and a genuine passion for working in HR.
