Main Responsibilities- Support the HR team in providing a comprehensive HR service, including recruitment administration, employee data management, and HR project work.
- Prepare and handle recruitment documentation, place advertisements, and organize interviews.
- Process clearances for successful candidates, including DBS checks.
- Record and update employee details on our HR system for new starters, mid employment, and leavers.
- Assist with HR project work and accurately manage HR administration.
