Job Details
At Options for Care, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our HR team as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, including diary management, employee onboarding, and lifecycle experience. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Director.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). You will also need to be confident, tactful, and approachable, with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working in HR.
