Astrum Search is partnering with a leading online retail business to find a skilled Marketplace Compliance Manager in London.

The successful candidate will oversee the company's payments-related relationships with acquirers and payment service providers (PSPs), and contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance strategy and policies to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and legislation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing contractual compliance requirements with PSPs and acquirers.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Managing the relationship with co-branded credit card providers.
  • Supporting the business in establishing effective governance and compliance best practices.
  • Collaborating with the wider compliance team to identify financial crime compliance vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation measures.

The role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing compliance team in a dynamic online business, with exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to contribute to ongoing compliance efforts in an evolving regulatory landscape.

The team is based in London and works on average 2-3 days per week from the office.
