Job DescriptionThe Account Manager will manage day-to-day commercial contact between Playtech customers and internal teams.
This role involves driving customer performance and revenue growth, maximizing revenues and profits through existing products and channels by developing account management tools.
Maintain detailed customer relationship information and share regularly with colleagues/management.
- Provide first-level business support and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Possess a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and be passionate about the gaming industry.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Be service and business-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Having an interest in and knowledge of bingo and casino games.
- Having an experience in the online gaming industry.
