As a Commercial and Markets Manager at Simply Business, you will form part of the commercial leadership team. Reporting to Jodi (Chief Commercial Officer), you will lead the team delivering growth opportunities while balancing resource and priorities.

About Your Role:

  • You will look out to the future for growth opportunities and apply external context, knowledge, and trends into the commercial team.
  • You will drive delivery and decisions, leading the team through high-pressure periods, building resilience to cope and adapt.
  • You will undertake product-market fit having successfully worked within structured frameworks to drive quality and controls into the creative process.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
  • An annual bonus based on business performance.
