We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Lincoln. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage the meeting rooms and car park bookings, ensuring that all bookings are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the office equipment and furniture, including the coffee machines and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure that the office is presentable and tidy at all times, including the reception area and collaboration spaces.
  • Provide support with the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and logging.
  • Assist with the implementation of our environmental policy, including recycling and waste management.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or office environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other systems that support efficient operations.
