Key Responsibilities of the IFA Administrator:
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing polite and professional communication.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post.
- Action email requests from advisers and clients.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and photocopying.
- Book meeting rooms, hotels, taxis, etc.
- Conduct accurate data entry.
- Prepare client valuations.
- Process client investment and pension withdrawals.
- Draft regular review letters and reports.
- Prepare documents to accompany adviser recommendations, including illustrations, application forms, and comprehensive suitability reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact clearly and professionally with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks to provide accurate information and support to advisors.
- Familiarity with financial software, databases, and office applications for efficient management of client records and administrative tasks.
- Precision in handling client documentation, data entry, and compliance requirements to avoid errors and ensure regulatory adherence.
