Key Responsibilities of the IFA Administrator:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing polite and professional communication.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post.
  • Action email requests from advisers and clients.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and photocopying.
  • Book meeting rooms, hotels, taxis, etc.
  • Conduct accurate data entry.
  • Prepare client valuations.
  • Process client investment and pension withdrawals.
  • Draft regular review letters and reports.
  • Prepare documents to accompany adviser recommendations, including illustrations, application forms, and comprehensive suitability reports.
