Job title - Procurement Administrator

**Location**: Lincoln (Hybrid 1-2 days a week in office, 3 days a week from home)

**Contract length**: 6 months

**Rate**: £20-24ph PAYE - Inside IR35

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to work for a global leader in energy technology.

**Role**:
To provide support to the Buyers in the team, supporting them with the operational workload.

You will be responsible for dealing with invoice queries, general queries and requests.

**Responsibilities**:
To process procurement queries in line with Company Policies and Procedures, including the processing and expediting of Invoice queries, management of new vendor registration process and entries, processing of basic shopping cart queries and day to day issues.

**Key Skills and experience required**:
Previous experience of Procurement Admin is essential
SAP knowledge and experience is essential.
Experience of using SAP Ariba is highly desirable
General good work ethic and diligence, and good organisation skills are key.
