Leidos is seeking a highly motivated Training and Development Lead to spearhead our training initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute training strategies that address specific business needs, leveraging your expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training requirements, develop curriculum, and select appropriate training methods, ensuring that our staff, customers, and users receive the highest quality training possible.

The estimated salary for this position is around $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
