People Development Lead

As a key player in our People Team, the People Development Lead will be responsible for designing, administering, and tracking training programs aimed at increasing employee engagement, compliance, and overall professional development in alignment with the company's growth strategy and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in L&D in a SME and experience of working in a small HR team.
We estimate this role to be approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
