Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to meet clients' needs and goals">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, and we provide a comprehensive training program to support your development.
