Job Title: Activity Coordinator

Bupa Global is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Activity Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring they live their best lives.

Salary: £11.45 per hour + £1 per hour weekend enhancement, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing morning and afternoon activity sessions, including musical acts, days out, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and more. They will also ensure everything is organized for planned activities, events, and coordinating days out. Additionally, the coordinator will liaise with external companies and performers from the local community to organize days out/events at the home.

This role requires a creative thinker who can manage budgets and maintain paperwork effectively, prioritizing tasks as they arise. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
