About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Health and Safety Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the compliance framework, implementing compliance management software, and centralizing all compliance information within the data system.

This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about health and safety and has experience of leading the coordination of compliance and health & safety functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractors employed to carry out compliance activities for the company.
  • Liaise with Health & Safety consultants and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the Annual Health & Safety Audit.
  • Draft and present quarterly Health & Safety progress/update reports to the Head of Property Services/Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • An estimated salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum.
  • Experience of delivering high standards of customer service to all customers, internal and external.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and deliver projects/programmes.
