Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Health & Safety Partner to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd. This role will involve working closely with the Property Services Manager and Head of Property Services to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.

The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of compliance systems and health & safety administrative processes, as well as experience of leading the coordination of compliance and health & safety functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the compliance framework, including implementing compliance management software and centralizing all compliance information within the data system.
  • Keep all property-related Health & Safety information on record and update it as required.
  • Monitor and review contractor performance using key performance indicators and flag any performance or run rate issues to the Head of Property Services.
  • Oversee the management and development of the Compliance Officer role, ensuring internal checks are conducted and up-to-date.
  • Work daily with the Property Services Manager and Head of Property Services to ensure compliance, undertaking all compliance activity in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.

Requirements:

  • An estimated salary of £37,500 - £42,500 per annum.
  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent influencing skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead and deliver projects/programmes.
